Policy on Supplier Diversity
Policy on Supplier Diversity Program
PSC recognizes the value of diversity throughout our operations, including our supplier partnerships. We actively seek to increase the diversity of our supplier base as we believe it enhances our corporate value and our client’s satisfaction. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive supplier base and implementing business processes that facilitate equal access to sourcing opportunities for minority, women, and small business enterprises.
PSC seeks to ensure we have representation in our supplier base from minority, woman owned, and small business enterprises that meet our quality and value standards. We are committed to the utilization of a diverse supplier base when it comes to our discretionary North American purchasing expenditures.
