Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Mary Ellen Coombe, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, joined PSC in February 2006. She currently is responsible for Human Resources activities including payroll, benefits, compensation, staffing and HRIS and other employee related programs. In addition she is responsible for the Corporate Headquarters facility management, administration and communications.
Mary Ellen committed to ensuring the fundamental HR programs, systems and processes are in place and operating effectively and efficiently to support the business requirements. In addition, Mary Ellen plays a strong leadership role in championing change management, talent management, and development of a strong cohesive management team with a culture and structure capable of operating effectively in a changing and challenging business environment. She’s proactively promoting the role of regulatory compliance in the business environment.
Prior to joining PSC, Mary Ellen was Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Link Energy, a crude oil marketing and transportation company with over 6000 miles of interstate pipelines and a fleet of over 400 tractor/trailers. In this role she was responsible for the full range of Human Resource activities, Facility Management, Shareholder Relations, Communications, Real Estate Management and Records Management.
With over twenty years of experience in the energy industry, Mary Ellen has held a wide range of Human Resources leadership positions.
She has Masters Degrees in English and Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska. In addition, she is a Certified Compensation Professional and Texas Mediator.
