Michael W. Ramirez
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael Ramirez was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PSC in June 2002. He served as Vice President, Operations Finance at Encompass Services Corporation in 2001 to 2002. Mike’s prior history with PSC includes his position as Chief Financial Officer of the company’s Industrial Services Group from 1997 to 2000. He joined PSC in 1990 with Allwaste, Inc. which merged with PSC in 1997.

Mike has a BBA degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
