COMMITMENT TO ETHICAL BUSINESS CONDUCT


PSC is dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards throughout our operations. We believe that we are all individually accountable for our actions as we interact with our co-workers, clients, suppliers, shareholders, agencies and communities. Our Code of Ethics and Fraud Policy is our commitment to comply with the law and to conduct our business interactions ethically through acting with integrity, speaking honestly and behaving with dignity. Many of the principles set forth in this document are “common sense” as they apply to our working environment, but these principles also govern our day to day interactions and business decisions.

To support our commitment, PSC has established an Ethics Hotline as a resource for reporting suspected unethical or illegal activities. The Ethics Hotline is available to employees and to any other individual who can be a resource for discussing issues regarding ethics and behaviors in the workplace. An outside party collects the information from the Hotline and provides the information to the Company to maintain enmity if requested. The Company reviews and investigates as appropriate each reported incident.
