Environmental Site Assessments and Subsurface Investigations
PSC performs Due Diligence and Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for various types of properties from industrial to retail.
Phase I ESAs are performed in accordance with ASTM 1527.05 to identify recognized environmental conditions (RECs).
Phase II ESAs are performed on properties with documented RECs to confirm the extent of hazardous substances or petroleum products.
PSC’s subsurface investigation experience is comprehensive, providing services for over 30 years at sites across the U.S.
Phase III ESA – PSC utilizes the expertise of its nationwide Remediation Services group to rapidly clean contaminated sites to facilitate development schedules.
