RhinoPro™ - Contract Administration


RhinoPro™ is PSC’s comprehensive electronic system used to effectively manage every step of the job communication and administration process.  There is nothing else like it in the industry today.

Each crew leader must acknowledge and sign the electronic JSA before the start of the work. This is a requirement before the RhinoPro system will initiate.
Clean and legible electronic shift tickets ensure that our invoice matches the pricing contract or quote with the client.
Completed job packages including the signed shift ticket, JSA and the job log are emailed directly to the clients workstation at the completion of each shift.
Job procedures for the project are always available through RhinoPro.
Field change order process used to document customer approved scope changes.
Up-to-date expenditure reports display the amount of the purchase order consumed versus the percent of the work completed, allowing PSC and the client to proactively react to potential budget shortfalls.
The Program ensures the use of company best practices across all PSC field locations.
A P.O. and Change Order application provides our clients with a up-to-date expenditure management tool.
