Kevin K. Elmore Chief Reengineering Officer Kevin Elmore joined PSC in 2005 as Chief Reengineering Officer. He is responsible for helping PSC divisions’ better serve its clients through business process improvement, and directs Re-engineering and Information Technology in support of these efforts. Kevin brings more than sixteen years of senior management experience to his role at PSC. He is especially adept at operating in unstructured and rapidly changing environments. His prior position was CEO of QuantumShift, a provider of strategic communications management services to corporations. He joined QuantumShift from Cygent, where he was founder, president and CEO of the Internet software company that provides eBusiness and CRM solutions to the telecommunications industry. Prior to founding Cygent, Kevin was operations director for Cambridge Technology Partners' Northwest region. He began his career at Accenture. Kevin received bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and business administration from Kansas State University in 1987. |
