PSC EXPERTS IN THE FIELD: TAKING CARE OF HHW BUSINESS, FOR CLIENTS AND PSC.

Glen Dillman
HHW National Program Manager
Kent, WA
Years with PSC: 19 years

When asked what makes his team at PSC different from or better than competitors, Glen Dillman credits, “Innovating thinking supported by flexible management.” As National Program Manager for Household Hazardous Waste, he’s a good example of both.

Glen thrives on the “opportunities, changes and challenges” at PSC. In his current role, he reviews PSC’s HHW markets, seeks opportunities for growth and expansion, assists in bids or proposals and addresses technical and operational Issues.

In almost twenty years with PSC, Glen says his biggest contribution to date is developing the HHW market in the West Coast region, from 1987 - 1997. Many of those original clients are still with PSC. He’s particularly proud of winning and working a comprehensive onsite waste services contract for a specialty chemical manufacture in Cincinnati, Ohio. Glen also served as PSC’s Controller in the West, from 1999 to 2005.

Being there for our clients, from freezing to flooding.
Glen once stayed in Alaska for nine months to keep a client happy. Last year, he spent many “extraordinary weeks” in New Orleans working on PSC’s post-Katrina HHW cleanup projects. His weeks still involve lots of time “reviewing, finalizing and delivering Katrina HHW invoices to ensure continuing cash flow and work flow.” That kind of overtime doesn’t make the front page, but it’s essential to keeping crews on the job.

Glen believes in “keeping it real” – for PSC’s continued growth and success in serving clients. He knows we have the people, performance, and pride to keep that promise.
