Bruce Roberson
Chief Executive Officer and President
Read More »Bruce joined PSC in January of 2005, bringing over 20 years of industry experience. He understands the challenges and opportunities of our business, and is deeply committed to ensuring that PSC and its employees thrive by exceeding customer expectations. He maintains a relentless focus on safety, ethics and environmental integrity.
Bruce has firsthand experience in managing field operations, plus sales and marketing, in a challenging business environment. A senior member of the management team that successfully led Safety-Kleen out of bankruptcy, he was responsible for over $600M in revenues, and managed over 2,500 employees across 170 locations. He also invested significantly in strengthening customer-facing functions like sales, customer service and support.
Prior to Safety-Kleen, Bruce spent 19 years with McKinsey and Company—11 as a partner.
He has a distinguished track record as a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive teams, along with a strong practical understanding of how to build winning teams, grow revenues, enter new markets, cut costs and strengthen processes.
He is also the co-author of "What Really Works," a guide to best practices distilled from the experience of over 150 leading companies.
Bruce earned a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard.

Mike Ramirez
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Read More »Mike Ramirez was appointed PSC’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June of 2002 after serving as CFO of our Industrial Services Division from 1997 to 2000. He joined PSC in 1990 as a member of Allwaste, Inc., which merged with PSC in 1997.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and Finance at Encompass Services Corporation.
Mike earned a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Randy Burns
Chief Operating Officer, Environmental Services Division
Read More »Mr. Burns, Chief Operating Officer, is currently responsible for PSC Environmental Services Division.
Mr. Burns brings over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. He has an extensive background in supply chain strategies, distribution, lean manufacturing and operations. Prior to joining PSC in 2011, he held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain at Central Garden and Pet. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at Pinnacle Foods Group, Kraft/Nabisco and Frito-Lay.
Mr. Burns graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, SC with a BS in Business Administration. Subsequently, he earned his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in Indiana.

Brad Clark
Division Vice President, Industrial Services Division
Read More »Brad presides over the safety, sales and operations of PSC’s Industrial Services Division. Prior to this role, he served as vice president of sales and marketing and brings more than 25 years of experience in working with industrial and environmental service companies like ours.
Brad joined PSC after nine years with KBC Advanced Technologies, a consulting engineering company, where he was president of sales and operations for the Americas, Japan, Korea and Singapore.
While at KBC, he started the Reliability and Maintenance Consulting Services business line, helping refiners, petrochemical producers and power generation companies develop more efficient practices in plant maintenance and contractor selection.
He started his career with Fluor Daniel Environmental Services in Northern California.
Brad earned a B.S. in Economics from Texas A & M University.

Mo Azose
Vice President, Operational, Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance
Read More »Mo is responsible for leading our newly formed Operational Compliance Program, our Environmental, Health and Safety Department, our Corrective Action (Environmental Liability) Department and our corporate-wide Sustainability Initiative. He is also our representative to the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance.
Joining PSC in 1988, over the last ten years Mo has held a wide array of senior leadership positions at PSC. He was the vice president of environmental affairs from 2000 to 2006, establishing many of the programs currently in place. From 2007 through 2009, he helped drive a 55% earnings increase as a regional VP for our Environmental Services Division. In 2010, he was a VP of strategic initiatives for that division, focusing on the emerging healthcare market.
Throughout his career, he has held a number of different engineering positions, initially working to permit and upgrade the company’s RCRA-permitted TSDs, then leading an in-house environmental consulting department that addressed on- and off-site environmental liabilities.
Mo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from City College of New York.

Jim Burns
Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer
Read More »Since joining PSC, Jim has helped guide business-streamlining programs, as well as developing and deploying leading-edge technology.
Prior to coming to PSC, he was a global partner at Accenture, where he served finance, manufacturing and healthcare clients. Jim was previously head of software development, then CIO, at Goldman Sachs, where he led re-engineering efforts and instituted advanced technology. He was also CIO of NA and then COO of NA for Swiss Bank (now UBS), where he drove many innovative efforts and technology advancements.
Jim earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan.

Carl Britsch
Vice President, Human Resources, Administration and Communications
Read More »Carl provides leadership and direction for PSC’s human resources, administrative and communications efforts. Along with overseeing day-to-day HR activities, he partners with the executive team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on talent management, plus organization planning and development.
He brings over 20 years of experience across the energy, manufacturing and distribution sectors. What’s more, he has an extensive background in labor negotiations, leadership and management development, as well as lean manufacturing.
Carl was recently the senior vice president of human resources at Iberdrola Renewables, an alternative energy company. Previously, he worked at Loomis, a logistics and transportation company and progressed through a variety of leadership roles at Ford Motor Company. He has also been involved in various other enterprises, ranging from joint ventures to start-ups and manufacturing concerns.
Carl graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in International Relations, and later earned a law degree (JD). Subsequently, he received a master’s degree in Government Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Problem Solving from the University of Pennsylvania.

Debbie Huston
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
Read More »Debbie has executive responsibility for all legal matters relating to PSC and its various operating subsidiaries. She also manages outside counsel and handles any real estate issues. In her more than 15 years with the company, she has also served as corporate and senior counsel.
She is a member of both the Texas and Alabama state bar associations, along with the American Corporate Counsel Association, Texas General Counsel Forum and the Board of the Education Foundation of Harris County.
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. degree, Debbie received her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
